Who are we?

ECI Software, Inc. is the parent company of SeaGreen Software and is based in Los Angeles, California.

Monique Stover founded SeaGreen Software in 2006 in order to provide web developers and designers with the finest professional-grade software for the creation of web-based forms. Based in Los Angeles, SeaGreen’s flagship product is the first of its kind, combining form design, database table creation, and an administration module - all in one application.

Founder Monique Stover has been a web designer/developer since 1998.
